Team GG: What is your signature look, and which products do you love using to create it?
My signature look is a fresh, flawless luminous skin, which is still understated. To create this dewy look, I mix beauty elixirs with my foundation. I also use lip and cheek tints, and cream based eye shadows.
Team GG: What advice do you have for a bride-to-be?
My advice for a bride-to-be is not to heed any advice from people who ask you to undergo 101 beauty treatments. These could cause sudden breakouts, which will be difficult to conceal on your wedding day. Instead do what you do on a regular basis. Take your vitamins, workout and keep to a great diet.
Team GG: What are the 3 makeup products you can’t live without?
Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer, Blistex lip balm and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits.
Team GG: Can you share one expert beauty tip with our readers?
Everyone wants to try out the latest products in the market, such as the Huda Beauty lipsticks or Kylie Lip Kits or the ones from Anastasia Beverly Hills. However, they are very drying if worn alone. So, I would suggest that you first use rosehip oil on the lips before applying a product. Then, use a lip contour pencil all over. Top it off with the desired lip colour and finally, add a wash of the Huda Beauty Lipsticks or Lip Strobes. This will ensure that the lip colours last longer than usual.
Team GG: What has been the most exciting moment for you career-wise?
The most exciting moment for me career wise was taking up a challenge of forming a large team of makeup and hair artists to create a variety of looks, by heading the makeup and hair department for Femina Miss India and Miss India Universe. I will be starting off with my 5th season working with the Miss India organization.
